Qualifications: Twenty years of working in the criminal justice process led Streety to run for judge. Streety said that being trained and having experience in several of the professions that are a part of the criminal justice system qualifies him to be a judge. He said his experience is diverse and unique and has afforded him a broad perspective of the process. A healthy respect for the intent of the criminal justice system makes him want to continue working to improve a system that benefits the community.
