Main issues: King, who is seeking a fourth term as presiding probate judge, said a paperless system is needed. The court is short on space for traditional hard copy filings. An electronic system will make the court more user friendly.

“We’ve made a lot of progress in probate court,” he told AL.com, “but there’s still work to be done.”
