Previously worked as a sales agent for an insurance company, a high-level math teacher and substitute, and in management in the restaurant industry as well as having provided private softball coaching lessons.

Education: Graduated from Southern State Community College.

Civic experience: Has spoken to multiple legislative committees about Alabama Power, the Public Service Commission and energy affordability.
