Main issues: Major said he is the only candidate in this race with a plan to eliminate high sewer bills; expand healthcare services; and increase job training programs, police protection and road paving throughout the county. He said he wants to make sure incorporated cities get access to all county services. Additionally, he said he will make sure Jefferson County pays all incorporated cities the monies owed to them by Jefferson County.
