Treasurer, Alabama Lawyers Association; programs Coordinator, Black Women Lawyers of Alabama. Member, Alabama State Bar serving on the Appointed Counsel & Indigent Defense Committee, the Bench & Bar Relations Committee and the Diversity & Inclusion in the Profession Committee; member, Magic City Bar Association; certified district court magistrate and guardian ad litem.

Education: Birmingham-Southern College, bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing, 2003; MBA, concentration in health services, University of Alabama at Birmingham; Miles School of Law, Juris Doctorate, 2010.

Civic experience: Member of New Hope Baptist Church.

Main issues: Connect families to mental health and family counseling services; promote co-parenting solutions that are beneficial for the entire family; implement and support therapeutic and holistic solutions that better serve families; engage state lawmakers to fund youth programs; provide youth with a forum where they can be creative and inspired to reach their full potential; make rulings that are lawful, equitable and timely; ensuring all parties understand rulings of the court.
