Main issues: Hall-Wright wants to remedy what she termed a “lack of knowledge” of the Alabama Code, rules of court and proper policies and procedure governing the clerk’s office.
“In addition,” she said, “I will focus on the inefficiency of processes and structure within the office, and re-establish the lines of communication between the judges, the judicial staff, the offices of the court, the community and the Birmingham Division of the Circuit Clerk’s Office.”
