Partnering with the Jefferson County Commission and the Board of Education, we now have School Resource Officers in every county school. Threat Assessment Teams also are in place to identify issues and proactively work with students and faculty.”
We are a diverse organization. We put in place policies that ensure fair hiring and promotions of African-Americans and females. We now have a workforce that reflects the community we serve.
