Main issues: A judge for almost 20 years with more than a decade sitting on the court of civil appeals, Thomas says her experience and knowledge top her qualifications for re-election to the Court of Civil Appeals. She said she is committed to applying the law as written and has a proven record of fighting for the rights of children.
