Civic experience: Active with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and the Junior Board for Oasis Counseling.

Education: Juris doctorate from Birmingham School of Law; earned a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s in business management from the University of Phoenix.

Main issues: Safe and thriving communities, including providing mental health care, trauma support, community-driven safety solutions, and infrastructure improvements such as lighting and sidewalks. Health and home stability, including expanding Medicaid, lowering healthcare costs and increasing access to affordable housing. Economic mobility and workforce opportunity, supporting job training, small businesses and financial literacy.
