      • Item 64 – This sets a public hearing for Nov. 17, 2026, to consider closing “approximately 900 feet of Woodcrest Road South and Warick Court South to the intersection of 21st Way South and 15th Avenue South, Birmingham, due to the hazardous deterioration condition of the roadway.
