    • Item 1 – As of Friday, the public hearing involving revoking Nana Funk’s license was still on the agenda. The business announced it would close this past weekend, making its status uncertain.
    • Items 10 & 11 – these were held over from last week’s agenda RE: traffic fines, etc.
    • Item 12 – First reading of an amendment to an existing redevelopment agreement between Smithfield Phase II, LP and the City of Birmingham, extending the closing deadline for six months.
    • Item 23 – An appointment of a new member to the library board for a term due to expire at the end of 2030.
